Dear Mr. Gentry. Thank you for your letter dated 17th October. We are very sorry for the unfortunate circumstances that your members found themselves in after being at the Hotel on Saturday 29th September.
Unfortunately, it was a contagious virus, even the doctor our staff consulted said he had suffered from it recently.
We understand how disappointed your members must have felt and hope that they can understand this was something that was out of our control.
We feel that fate has dealt a cruel blow because we value all new business and would have liked your members to become regular customers.
